Welcome to the the Frednova Restification Site. This site shows progress of a car rebuild that's been going on for over a decade. I bought this car in my second year of college (1989) drove it until 1992 when the body finally gave way to the rust created by New England road salt. This site shows the car from the time I bought it for $100 dollars up to it's current state of restification. It's not called a restoration because I am making no effort to keep this car stock. Update 08/23/2003: Finally for the first time in almost 10 years Fred and I are in the same place. Fred moved home today to our house and happily sits in the garage waiting to be completed. I've realized the site needs a revamp before I can actually post anything in the rebuild area but the picture to the right shows my friends (thanks Joel, Marc & Darren) and I moving the motor and other parts back in June as well as a shot of Fred in his garage bay here at home. Update 05/27/2001: A little more work added but then I needed to pack up to move the car. Unfortunately ran out of time but as the front picture shows Fred's almost ready for his engine to be put in. Thanks to Joel and Marc for helping with the move. Hopefully won't be too long before I'm putting the engine in :)
